Speaking Engagement Guidelines
To ensure the highest quality experience for audiences and organizational partners, the following engagement standards apply.
Booking & Confirmation
Speaking engagements are confirmed only after a signed agreement and required deposit/payment are received.
Dates are not held without confirmation.
Customization
Keynotes, workshops, executive trainings, and facilitation experiences may be customized based on organizational needs and audience goals.
Customized engagements require advance planning and preparation time.
Travel Requirements
For in-person engagements outside of Georgia, professional travel and lodging accommodations are required.
Travel coordination details will be outlined within the engagement agreement.
Event Coordination
Final event logistics, agenda details, and AV confirmations must be provided no later than 30 days prior to the engagement date.
A designated organizational point of contact is required for all events.
Recording & Media
Audio, video, and photography permissions must be discussed and approved in advance.
Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution of proprietary frameworks, training materials, or presentations is prohibited.
