With over a decade of experience in couples and family therapy and certification as a Prepare/Enrich facilitator, Karrion Lalor brings both depth and discernment to the sacred work of healing relationships. She has worked with hundreds of couples—married, engaged, and long-term partners—helping them not only repair what’s been broken but reimagine what’s possible.

Her style is warm, direct, and attuned. She holds space for both partners with deep empathy while guiding with clarity and strategy.

Weekly or bi-weekly virtual or in-person sessions for couples ready to heal old wounds, improve communication, and reignite connection.

• Concierge Couples Intensives
A high-touch, luxury therapy experience. Karrion travels to your location (or meets you at a destination) for 1–7 days of deep, focused work.

• Pre-Marital Coaching (Prepare & Enrich Certified)
A research-based process for engaged or seriously committed couples who want to enter marriage consciously and prepared.
