A Small, High-Touch Coaching Circle for Women Ready to Lead Themselves Differently

Sovereign Circle is an intimate coaching container for women who are ready to stop second-guessing themselves and start practicing self-leadership in real time.

This is not traditional group therapy.
This is not advice-driven coaching.

This is a structured, experiential space where you strengthen your ability to:

• hear yourself clearly
• make clean decisions
• stay steady when emotions rise
• and choose yourself without over-explaining or self-abandoning

Insight alone does not create change. Practice does.

Who This Is For

Sovereign Circle is designed for women who are:

• highly capable but internally stretched
• thoughtful decision-makers who still find themselves overthinking
• clear in moments but shaky in the aftermath
• ready to take responsibility for their inner experience
• drawn to depth, honesty, and personal ownership

If you are looking for advice, fixing, or hand-holding, this is not the space.

If you are ready to strengthen your relationship with your own authority, you will likely feel at home here.

How the Circle Works

Sovereign Circle is intentionally small to protect depth and connection.

• Maximum of 6 women
• Weekly 90-minute live sessions
• Coaching-focused (not therapy)
• Open enrollment until capacity is reached
• Once full, the circle closes until a space becomes available

New participants are invited to attend their first three sessions to ensure the container is the right fit.

What You Will Practice

Inside Sovereign Circle, we work experientially with:

• the four core permissions: ask, feel, desire, choose
• recognizing where you source authority
• staying with yourself after difficult decisions
• emotional steadiness in real-life moments
• clean communication and self-trust in motion

This is an active container. You will be invited to notice yourself in real time.

Investment

• First 3 sessions: fit exploration period
• Ongoing membership: $250 per month
• Sessions held Mondays, 7:00–8:30 PM
• Monthly billing typically runs on the 1st or 15th

Because the circle is limited to six women, spaces do not open often.
